Eligibility for Returns

• Items can be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
• The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Monogrammed or personalized items.
  • Special-order items.
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear.

Return Costs

• If the return is due to a manufacturer error (e.g., defective or damaged item, incorrect product delivered), the manufacturer will cover the return shipping fee.
• If the return is due to a customer issue (e.g., ordering the wrong item, changing your mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.
